Daley, L. Compton. We, of the Senior Chorus, feel that our organization has made a great deal of progress during the past school year. Our Christmas program, which served as an accompaniment to the yearly Nativity Pageant, was presented by a group of eighty five voices of the Chorus, from the balcony of the high school auditorium. We grew so rapidly during the fall semes- ter that we had to have try-outs to qualify for membership in january. Cutting the size of our organization was necessary in order that we might participate in spring festivals and other activities that would require bus transportation. Our spring performances consisted of singing at the County and State Festivals, both held in Syracuse this year, and of offering our regular Spring Concert. Other Activities in which a part of our group participated were the All-State Sectional Chorus at Canandaigua, N. Y., and the All-County Chorus at Syracuse. Our new male double quartet, which appeared several times this year, was organized as a result of spontaneous interest from some of the boys in our group. All in all, we have had a very successful year, with marked growth in number, interest, enthusiasm and general ability. We are anticipating as much or more participation and in- terest next year.
