Spirit Prevails as Wildcats Score Homecoming Victory A successful half-time ceremony was the grand finale to many hours of hard work and anticipation. The crowds cheered enthusiastically as Kathy Rushing was crowned 1970 Homecoming Queen. Senior attendant was Jenny Chew, and Virginia Martin was elected to represent the Junior Class. The Sophomore attendant was Susan Matz. Wildcat fans watched their team strike up another victory under clear skies. The evening was topped off with a dance sponsored by the Student Council, featur- ing the Salt and Pepper Band.
