Qt CLASS HISTORY We the 51 Seniors started our career at T H S in the fall of 47 with an enrollment of ninety two After the first few weeks of adjustment we were accepted and found that we vxould be expected to enter into all activities with eagerness and enthusiasm We strutted with pride when two of us became cheerleaders and many of us were in the Band and Glee Club ln our Sophomore year three cheerleaders represented us and several of us were members of the Beta Club Press Club and Home Ec Club With four girls as officers during our Junior year we proved a very success ful class. We produced three football players three starters on the girls basketball team and two first team boys basketball players. We had two maiorettes and two cheerleaders. We concluded our Junior year with the Junior-Senior Banquet which will surely remain in the hearts of all of us. As Seniors we made a record which surpassed all previous classes in our magazine sales campaign. We furnished the football team with five players. Five girls and three boys played on the basketball teams. lt is with awe and great expectations that we await graduation. Although we will no longer sit in the T. H. S. classrooms, nor will our footsteps echo in her halls, our hearts and spirits will dwell forever within her learned portals.
