FIRST SEMESTER SECOND SEMESTER Ronald Brown President Edward Bird Bill Stadelman Vice President Carl I-Ienard jean Soults Secretary Velma Moore Velma Moore Treasurer Mary Russell COUNCIL MEMBERS FIRST SEMESTER: Bud Williaiiis, Betty Hnsong, Mary Russell, Harold Smith, Helen Bailey, and Elizabeth Herd. COUNCIL MEMBERS SECOND SEMESTER: Bob Gribi, Jack VVynn, Alfred Valenzuela, Mary Andonian, and Rex Sweet. Class rings were ordered this year by the majority of the class. The rings have the 'l ' set in a blue stone as blue was the color established by this year's class for the traditional senior color. Early in the Spring the Seniors took charge of a basketball rally and all seniors wore blue arm bands that day. Wild Nell was featured on the program. Witli the beginning of the second semester and the appearance of the new ,fn Student Body cards, the senior class voted to back the new HJ . . gf tickets by every one buying one. ,p ,f The Senior Dance was held a week before the Senior ' Play, The Cat and the Canary. For decorating the spa- fo cions gym, cats a11d canaries were used. Several prizes were Q , sf 1' given away including one for a prize dance. The play was U given April 23. f Toward the last of school the Seniors will plant their numerals. After the auditorium is completed the numerals --I -A-mf w1ll be placed 111 the senior walk. MS
