-1 iz.. .- 2 asketball Throughout our stay in WestPac sports ac- tivities played an important role in occupying our time and cementing good relations during our Good Will tour of Iapan. The ship's basket- ball team compiled an impressive record of 8 wins and 2 defeats against other ship's teams and Iapanese teams. Coach Young gave the team many point- ers and Cook, Big Mac and Carmichael led the team in scoring.
