It is composed of the presidents of each of the eight colleges of the University, and the officers of the council it- self are chosen by an electoral college which is made up of members appointed by their respec- tive colleges. ED HAYS FELICE MAURER TULANE STUDENT COUNCIL The principal function of the Student Council is that of interpreting and executing the Consti- tution of the Association. The Council also exer- cises general supervision over all expenditures from the Student Fund, as well as supervising the entire student activities program.
