The Portales Rams were burned in effigy in a bonfire and the rally was climaxed by a snake dance downtown. Here Cheerleaders led yells, ing parade which was held before the game. It consisted of nine floats and six cars con- taining class officers, cheerleaders, and of- ficia ls. High School and Junior High bands also participated in the parade.
