SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS LEADING the senior class was president Bob Allen, who came from Cleveland, Ohio. seven years ago. Bob attended both Mansfeld and Roskruge junior High Schools preceding his three years at Tucson High His field of activities covers a wide ran e althou h h' ' . g , g is main interest is sports. Activities that took up much of his time during his busy senior year were football, National Honor Society, Lettermen's Club, Boys' Social Hour and Hi-Y. Gazing into the crystal ball of the future we find Bob in college majoring in Business Administration Law. or Coaching. i Larry Barnhill. senior class vice-president, is one of those rare native Tucsonians. Attending Tucson High three years, Larry came from Mansfeld junior High. Auto mechanics is his hobby and he took an active part in sports, Hi-Y, and other Senior activities. After graduation, Larry is making plans to enter the University of Arizona, where he will major in Business Administration. Besides taking an active part in National Honor Society, Girls' League. Social Hour, Chronicle Editorial Board, song leading, and being a high school correspondent to the Arizona Daily Star. busy Peggy Robinson was an efficient senior class secretary. Coming from Kansas twelve years ago, Peggy attended Catalina Junior High preceding her three years at Tucson High. Peggy isnt sure where she will go to college. but wherever she goes, she wants to major in journalism or Business Administration. Mana in th b s' f h ' g g e u mess o t e senior class was capable Kent Underwood. who stayed busy with National Honor Society, Boys' Social Hour. and Hi-Y in addition to his duties as business manager. Kent came to Tucson I4 years ago from Kansas and attended Roskruge junior High. Auto mechanics and reading rate high on Kg-nt'5 list of hobbies. He is making plans for entering the University of Arizona and majoring in Mechanical Engineering. The Senior Council and Cabinet have assisted the officers with Senior Follies, the Senior Prom, Ditch Day and many other Senior activities. The Council and Cabinet were responsible for selecting the graduation announcements, collecting Senior class dues, staffing Senior office and graduation arrangements. 28
