DEBATE ON AMERICAN HOSTAGE SITUATION IN IRAN BECOMES A CLASSROOM HIGHLIGHT Due to the intensity of feelings expressed by Ameri- cans through the media concerning the 50 hostages remaining in Iran, Mrs. Bragg’s second period English class donned personalities of dignitaries who are re- presenting Iran and the United States in this world- wide issue of political blackmail. Participants became so involved in the activity that discussion and ex- change of ideas continued throughout 8 class periods. Voices were often filled with provoked emotion and some students like Mark Martin even sported cos- tumes. 79

DATING GAME One of the most interesting programs which entertained TCHS students tl year was the “Dating Game” which was sponsored by the Drama Club. Mu like the television show Females and Males were hidden from each other’s vie and answered serveral provocative questions before choosing a lucky date!
