SENIOR PLAY Mr. Morlock's a fidgety, nervous, grouchy old goat who doesn't like anything but money, won't let his family do anythingg always gripes about his pains and aches, feuds with everyone, and he won't let daughter Mary, 20, become engaged to joe Lanconi because Joe's papa is poor. In short, he's a drip of the worst sort. Mr. Morlock, who's known as P.U. to his friends Cthat stands for Philip Ulyssesj, says if Mary weds up with joe, it'll be over his dead body. Luigi says if they don't, it'l1 be over his. So round and round they go. Luigi's always had a bad heart and well, the poor boy just can't take it. The feud appears over. All is lost. Hold the phone! SENIOR CLASS WILL We, the last Senior Class to graduate from Truro Community School, declare this our last will and testament. To the Board of Education we leave the money we have left to hire the teachers for the coming year. To the Faculty we leave all our brains. They need some. To the Juniors we leave the ability to get along with one another and our seats in study hall. To the Sopomores we leave our ability to skip school, throw paper wads, and to give the teachers a rough time. To the Freshmen we leave our good conduct-mainly to behave in study hall and to get along with the teachers. Vic Freeman REST ASSURED him until he gives permission for the wedding. Needless to say, Mr. Morl0lk's frantic. CLuigi's visible only to Morlock . . . and the audience, of course.J Poor Mr. Morlock. He can't eatg can't sleep. In his despair, he acci dentally takes too many sleeping pills. Then it happens. ? ? ?So does this end it all? Far from it, because Mr. Morlock won't leave until things are settled to his satisfaction, and Luigi says he can't rest in peace until Mary and Joe are married. So round they go again. After a bad night, including a bad dream, on the sofa, a very reform ed Mr. Morlock makes vast promises, okays the wedding, and peace finally reins at the Morlocks'.
