Kinsman IBRAQY, Kinsman Library The Kinsman Carnegie Library, located on a little hill in the center of the village, was erected in 1913. Years ago Mr. Frank Banning, now deceased, started a free public library in the central school building. Books and magazines were contributed and a commendable start made. Then came the offer of Mr. Carnegie, who erected the building at a cost of seven thousand dollars. Mr. Banning contributed six thous- and dollars for furnishings. The library, under the direction of Mrs. Porter, present librarian, plays a very import- ant part in our school career.
