Besides the office of the division of Public Relations and Information Service and the Alumni Office, the instructional divisions of Business Education, Education, Home Economics, Mathematics, and Special Pro- grams are housed here. The completely air-conditioned build- - L8l!4u1. ing also quarters the Teacher Education Office, the Photog- raphy department, and the Echo and Index Office. Ophelia Parrish, upper center, houses the Kirksv e Junior High School which is a center of student observation and teach- ing. Some of the classrooms and offices of the division of Language and Literature are also found in this building.

,nv -K . -all ' J. A Science Hall, lower center, which is being expanded at the present time. has offices, laboratories, classrooms. stock' rooms, and a geology museum. All of these are related to the teaching and research projects of the various science classes. Laughlin Hall, right, is the oldest of the classroom and administrative buildings. Although it was built in 1905, it was recently remodeled in order to adequately house the division of Social Science. Also quartered here are the offices of the division of Maintenance and the Director of Admissions, and the Campus Book Store.
