Without the students the College would be an empty shell, but without the physical structure and the adminr istration the students would not be students. With a blend of the classic and the modern the old and the young. Northeast Missouri presents a complex face to the world. The campus is expanding rapidly and soon even modern Ryle Hall will seem classic. With the progressive comple- menting the conservative, the administration gives the school strong yet flexible leadership. Within the halls and offices of Northeast Missouri, decisions are made, new ideas are formed, policy is determined, friends are found, and potentional is developed. It seems strange that these structures and people do their usual fine job, and go un- recognized. Only an occasional failure and mistake brings them notoriety. Therefore, the ECHO dedicates the fol- lowing pages to the people and places responsible for the perpetual motion of the College and all its components.
