Shelton Board ut Regents As We consider seventy-tive years of progress for the North- east Missouri State Teachers College, the Board of Regents must be especially considered. As the highest administrative unit of the Teachers College, the Board deserves many congratula- tions for what has been done. Policies and activities through the years have been largely decided by them. Teachers and instructors of the years past and of the present have functioned under the Board's direction. From the acquisition of the actual site for the campus down through the years until the lohn R. Kirk Memorial, it is the Board that has handled the practical angle of campus improvement. The Board of Regents is composed of six members from vari- ous parts of the district and the Missouri State Superintendent of Schools. ludge I. A. Cooley, Kirksville W, A. Cable, Hannibal Lloyd W.
