C E L«E«B R A T l«0«N In the midst of celebrating, commemorating and dedicating, the Palladium would like you to take a closer look at a seldom changing aspect of TSU - the cam- pus environment. During the Centennial year, there was a change in the campus environment. Kilby Hall, con- structed in 1924, was the first building on campus back when the institution was Troy Normal School. To the dismay of many, the edifice was torn down in De- cember, 1986, to make way for an ultra-modern administrative building, construction to begin summer, 1987.
