Both of these looks were perfect for the col- lege student because they could either be dressed up or down depending upon the stu- dent 's desired effect. Spring fashion evolved from the colors its season is charac- terized by: either jubilant, bright or quiet, pastel tones. From this. yellow, pink, orange, and green florescent colors became ex- tremely popular.
