T R 0 .1 Sophomore CJass History IN September, 1929, the same year that Mr. Ray came here as our new principal. thirty-nine of us enrolled at Troy High School as Freshies. Three of our members left, leaving thirty-six in the class at the end of the year. Three of our members participated in the Jenkins' Letter Writing Contest, taking first, second, and ninth places in the County. During the summer a few of our members changed their minds concerning school, and upon entering our Sophomore year we found that just thirty-two members had returned. Our class has been well represented in basketball, orchestra and chorus. Several members took part in the operetta. “On Plymouth Rock.” which was given by the music department at Thanksgiving.
