fi 1 l 33-11 . , Q D ix CONNIE PAYNE was named Most Talented for 1975- 76 . She participated in track and basketball and served as the secretary of the Junor Class. Connie is a member of the Beta Club and had a part in the Junior Play. Junior Whois Who Serving as first Vice-President of the FHA, member of the Annual Staff, and co-editor of the Beta Club paper, VICKY JIRASEK ran for State Beta President and FHA Area third Vice-President. Winning first place and champion in the Junior Fair and Livestock Show Dress Review, Vicky participated in the Miss National Teenager Pageant and was named an Out- standing Bandsman. Selected All-District from the District Champion basketball team and winning second in the singles competition in tennis, PAT WAUSON also won fourth place on a coat in the Dress Review and was named Miss Flame for 1976 . FHA second Vice-President, assistant editor of the annual and co-editor of the Beta Club paper, Pat participated in the One-Act and Junior plays and UIL typing contest. She also served as Drum Major for the Trojan Band and was selected for the All-District Band.

Senior Whois Who Valedictorian of the 1976 grduating class, DIANE ARTHUR spent a busy year as cheerleader, editor of the annual, secretary of the Beta Club and reporter for the Senior Class. Elected President of the Senior Class and the Beta Club, Mr. T .H. S . , and serving on the Annual Staff, Kevin was named Salutatorian. 5' if A member of the Annual Staff and Beta Club, CATHY BOOP served as Head Cheerleader during her Senior year. An honor graduate , she was elected Senior Class Vice-President, Homecoming Queen, and Miss T. H .S . Cathy made it to the quarterfinals in doubles in the Regional Tennis contest.

Sophomore W ho 95 W ho BETTY FORREST, member of the FHA, Beta Club, and the band, was elected Most Talented of the Sophomore Class. She also saw acton on the basket- ball and track teams. Lam-, fl, . 'Q s -gffllr f x CRAIG MCMURTRY filled his year with football, basketball, track, and baseball, being named All- District in basketball. Serving as Vice-President of the band and FFA and reporter of the Sophomore Class, Craig was part of the Beta Club Talent Team and was elected Basketball Beau. Backing up the Beta Club Talent Team, MELENDA POMYKAL exhibits promise in music as she advanced to State competition in piano and won first division ratings on her clarinet solo and ensemble. She earned honors at the Ir. Fair and Livestock Show and participated in the One-Act Play , Poetry Inter- pretation and the track and basketball teams. Melenda is also a member of the FHA , Band, and the Annual Staff.
