Nell i» busy helping Gail with her work. Mr. Pharr Comments on Year We are indeed fortunate to be living today in the greatest free country in the world. Our land is blessed with great opportunities for the individual to assert his initiative. Here is the hope that you will take full advantage of those opportunities. Each year a record of activities and groups are combined in book form to remind us of what has passed. We must always look to the future but never forget the good experiences of the past. This record should be a reminder that we had a small part in the lives of all of those around us. To gain our education, our curriculum includes the many personal contacts in activities as well as classrooms. We must be ever mindful that to be a success we must be a part of our society. A well- rounded education must include many parts in order to face the chal- lenges of life. To the yearbook staff and sponsor. Mrs. Martha Rockey. a great deal of credit should be given for providing this fine pictorial record of the 1977- 78 school year. This year will be a constant reminder of our opportunities and our many responsibilities. Mr. Pharr Foculty 9
