Act I 11:00 A. M. Act II 3:50 P. M. Act III 8:50 P. M. Mrs.Spangler's rooming house is the scene ob many exciting episodes. Be- tween Ed's explosions, Anne's almost dying nijust an actin, Mr. Purcell's being tied to a hat rack, and people coming and going all day long, Mrs. Spangler just quits trying to keep track of anyone. Floyd Langenwalter Lou Herron, the journalism student gets her favorite, Ed, to take her to the Com encement ball--almost! His ex- plosive acts up at the last minute, and 'blasts' their plans. Vic, Viv1sn's artist friend, turns doctor to aid in forcing Mr. Purcell to sign an endowment for a new science building. Howard almost doesn't graduate be- cause his term paper in zoology is fif- teen minutes late. But in the end, Howard both gradu- ates and gets Anne's promise of marri- age---they had had a quarrel---and the school gets the endowment, and everyone is happy.

SENIOR POEM Four years ago in '57 We came as freshmen here And now this year of '41 Sees us leaving our school so dear. We hope that every class, Now here and those to come, Will have as we, sweet memories Of classmates and lots of fun. These four years we'l1 not forget No matter where we go Nor what we do, nor whom we meet For we have loved them so. Something about each teacher Is well marked on our mind And I'm sure we'l1 all agree They're as good as we could find. Every one of our classmates Will have come significance We'll remember them in our class plays And the fun we had at our dance. Now this is our last year Q Fl!!! 9 And the thought makes us somewhat sad. To think that we'll ne'er again return COh there may be some of us gladj But on the whole the most of us Will miss the daily walk As with our friends we come each day To study, laugh, and talk. Next year these halls will miss us And maybe you will, too. We too will miss this grand old school And are sad to bid farewell to you. Millie-Marie Collins
