The season record was 9-6, and the team re- ceived fourth place in the S .W .B .L . toumament. Bill Kucharsky holds the school record for the great- est number of first singles victories in a single sea- son. Bill's advancement to the quarter finals of the Dayton Sectional Tournament is farther than any other Trotwood player has ever advanced . Randv Hart holds the school record for the greatest number of second singles victories in a single season.

Jerome Tims ran a fine g22.8 220 yd. dash for 7th placeg Lamar Preyor ran a superb 19.9 100 yd. dash for 8th place and a 122.2 220 for 4th placeg both of these people were sophomores. The 880 yd . relay team broke its previous record of 1130.1 set in the district meet by running a 1:29.65 in the state meet, the 2nd best time in the state, The relay team for the state meet consisted oflim McDougal, Hilton Mostella, Jerome Tims, and Lamar Preyor. Norvain Morgan who was on the team for the district meet, graciously gave up his position on the team to Jim McDougal to better the time.
