It is only the ignorant who despise education. Before we continue with our book, let us pause to acknowledge our thanks to the members of the Board of Education, our Superintendent of Schools, our Deputy Superintendent in charge of Vocational Affairs, and the scores of citizens in our progressive city for their untiring efforts in our behalf. One of the major contributing factors toward the growth of Trott Voca- tional High School has been the ever present and ever stimulating interest and encouragement given to our school by these friends. We are grateful to them for their helpful guidance and considerate leadership. BOARD OF EDUCATION William L. Bliss, President A. Miles Arney, Vice-President William L. Hunt Harry W. Wright Cyrus B.
