New York, approximalely lilly years ago. ln I908 he came lo Niagara Falls, where he became supervisor ol parl lime educalion, and lwenly-one years laler, in l929, he assumed lhe responsibililies ol Troll Vocalional School as ils principal. Under his guidance and direclion lhe various deparlmenls ol lhe school each year yielded a well-lrained group ol graduales lo assume posilions in lhe laclories and business ollices ol lhis cily. ll has been said lhal an underslanding hearl overcomelh all obslacles.
