L' f' H5 During the last two or three weeks of August from 8 in the morning until 3 in the after- noon bandsmen and major- ettes gather each weekday to learn new shows, music and routines. Triway had it's larg- est marching band with a total of ninty-six members. During the spirng concert, awards were given to all bandsmen. Karen Brazee was the recipient of the Douglas Annette Memorial Award and for the most inspirational bandsman. A: Mr. Books smiles, pleased with the sound produced by the band. B: Sen- iors, C. EQ pf E 58 The Pep Band is made up of a small group of spirited bandsmen. These people open each home varsity basketball game by playing the national anthem. They spread spirit to the crowds at basketball games by cheering and play- ing fight songs and the jungle beat. The band celebrated the end of the basketball season with a party.
