Wile, Miss Cvelbar. j i -AJ. 50 Goals are set achieve, and French Club members hope to achieve their goal of a trip to the 1976 Expo in Quebec, Canada. The group earned money from bake sales, a stationery sale, and a red, blue, and orange frisbee sale. Paris was a dance sponsored by the club which gave members a chance to enjoy making money. A good time was enjoyed by all with a visit to a French res- taurant where members ex- perienced new foods and at- tempted to put what they had learned to work. Activities such as roller skating and swimming pro- vided a finale for the school year of 1974-1975. 5-. A - Paris was the theme of the dance held by the French Club as a money- making project. B - Cheryl Arm- strong and Trish Rose enjoy the at- mosphere ofthe French Club dance.

Snow Cancels Quiz Team's Chances at State The Latin Club has the honor of being associated with the Ohio Junior Classical League and the National Jun- ior Classical League. Christmas Caroling is an an- nual event. The Latin Club members sing songs to the people of Wayne County Home and Horn's Nursing Home in Latin. Due to the March 14th snow storm the club's participation in the State J.C.L. Convention had to be cancelled. A quiz bowl team made up of Doug Ward, Bob Merrilat, Rich Mon- ahan, Bill Anlang, and Dave Johnston, were to compete in a mythology contest. This Year the 117 members at- tended the annual College Day at the College of Wooster. Rep- resentatives from the major Ohio institutions of higher learning were present to talk about their programs with in- terested students. This year College Club sold Triway Li- cense plates at the basketball QV games. All proceeds went into l the College Club Loan Fund which makes funds available to seniors who need financial aid. 51
