ARTICLES OF COPARTNERSHIP, made and entered into this first day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, between Paul Dikeman of Trivoli, and Ruth Sutton of Farmington. First-The copartnership is formed for the purpose of carrying on in the city of Farmington a wholesale Chicken Business under the firm name of Dikeman and Sutton Co., and shall continue until the death of one of the partners. Second-As his contribution to the capital of the firm, said Paul Dikeman agrees to pay 352.50 and for the firm to take his liabilities for 32.50. Third-As her contribution to the capital of the firm Ruth Sutton agrees to pay the sum of 355.00 and the firm to take over her liabilities of'6B7.50. Fourth-This sum is to be used by the firm for the purpose of pur- chasing roosters and hens of the Hemlock type. Fifth-The said Sutton is to take care of the financial affairs and also the buying of the hens, while Paul Dikeman does the selling of the stock and selects the roosters.
