This is the emblem of our purpose. To bear 9 - Y forward the searching light of truth, to lead that others iq may follow in the light, to keep burning in our school a high ambition for the enduring values of life, and to serve S -these purposes are symbolized in the torch, the eternal light of knowledge.

Art is a way of visualizing experience through imagination and feeling. It fosters creativity and develops self direction. The art courses strive to release tensions and fear and to give students confidence in them- selves.
