The staff decided to change from mimeographing of the paper to offset printing. This enabled the paper to contain pictures and present a neater appearance. Businesses were encouraged to help support the school paper along with student subscriptions. This plan worked out successfully and the paper was able to finance itself. News was reported by the staff members and class and activity reporters con- scientiously. The objectives of the newspaper are to make the paper a written record of all school activi- ties, to contain interesting and entertaining fea- tures, and to encourage and develop writing and school support and interest.
