Class Histor In the fall of 1951 our parents pushed us out into the cruel old world of education. We began as three separate classes at the old Boggstown, Fairland, and Moral schools. At the end of the seventh grade in the spring of 1958, each of the three townships looked forward with anticipation toward the consolidation of the three school systems the following fall. Commencing with the eighth grade, we became acquainted with our new fellow classrnatesg and during the next five years, many close friendships developed. We entered high school as Green Freshman and spent most of the year collecting leaves, insects, and dissecting rats for biology. Eagerly studying, we be- came Clever Sophomores. We thought ourselves excellent in all subjectsg but soon found that a few subjects, for example, Latin and World History, could cause preplex- ing problems. Our junior year found us strong and ready to take the bull by the horns to conquer the next two years to attain our goal - graduation. Our activities were many and varied. Among these activities were the selling of concessions at all the home ballgames, and our most important activity, however, was Some Enchanted Evening, the Junior-Senior Prorn, which was, as its theme implies, Some Enchanted Evening. In retrospect as Seniors, we view the last five years with fond memories of lunch lines, class meetings, pep sessions, and the hectic rush to and from classes. During the past year in our new building, we have encountered many new situations. Among them is manipulating locker combinations. We, the Seniors of 1963, are proud to be the first graduating class of the new Triton Central High School and thank all those for helping to make this possible. We believe that future classes will make use of the many opportunities afforded them in our beautiful new building.
