t:::jiSE2g::3gfSS5::mliS5XW Filin qgffi-czjajfhlrz' SFLIOR LIASS HISTORY Phe Senior Class started to school in 1930 with Elizabeth Svuthsr as teacher, The classroll was as follows' Batty Jean Earleywine, Ruth Myers, Ruth McAllister, Margaret Williams, Martha Vogel, Shirley Koch, Roberta Garner, Joe Carson, Eugene Wiseman, Carl Hopkins, Lyte Gallatin egg Paul Sexton. At the end of the year Eugene Wiseman and Roberta Garnera weren't able to go to the second grade, hut in the fall we gained Alta Mae Masters and James Herring, therefore making our class as large as before. We still had Miss Souther as teacher. When we entered the third g ade we had hiss Gail McCampbell as teacher. Since several had moved and only one new one came in, we had a smaller class. They were Betty harleywine, Shirley Koch Buth McAllister, Ruth Myers, Margaret Williams, Joe Carson, Lyle Gallatin, James Herring, Paul Sexton, and J. This year we sponsored a Box and Die upper that helped our treasury a lot. The Seniors were entertained at the llumni Banquet April fourth We took advantage of Senior Day at Kirksville Wednesday April eighth The Juniors entertained our Senior class this year by taiing us to Kansas City, May the eighth We visited several places of interest, namely. The Nelson Art Gallery, Union Jtation, National Biscuit Co., Liberty Memorial, Swope Bark, the Zoo ann other places. We enjoyed a very nice trip. Baccalaureate Services were held May tenth at the Christian church. Rev. Nilsson was the speaker. Commencement was held May fifteenth at the Christian church. Rev. Boehne was the speaker. We have enjoyed being together as a class. We will long remember some of the many parties that we have had together. We hope our paths will meet often in our future lives.
