'V fix V. 'Eb As the last final was taken, smiles appeared on senior faces. They realized that graduation was just a breath away. Masses upon masses lined up on May 21st to collect caps and gowns. During this time hot dogs were served to the hungry seniors by the PTA: this was a great success and it also added in passing time for the restless crowd. Hours passed and individuals drifted away, but they would meet again for Baccalaureate practice. The Baccalaureate ceremony took place at 6:30 Sunday morning, May 23rd, this began the final days of the senior year. The members of the senior class approached T.C.U. Mon- day morning for a trial run of the evening's ceremony. As Monday night May 24th came closer anticipation was at its peak. Each senior anxiously waited his turn to cross the stage. The night ended with elation on the part of most graduates, but there were also tears. Many seniors looked back to all of the years that they had finally completed, and knew that now everything was to start over a new school or a new life.
