The Sophomores, having eagerly anticipated the joining of the mighty Trojans, were given their chance to exemplify genuine Trinity spirit at the mini-pep rally. Although they ap- peared as mere spectators in the beginning, they were per- sistently encouraged by the cheerleaders to participate in the cheers and their class yell. The Sophomores also joined in the singing of the Alma Mater and Fight Song led by Trinity's Har- mony and Band. The mini-pep rally was a remarkable success as the Sophomores continued to support Trinity with utmost efforts. At the orientation a warm welcome was bestowed upon the newcomers as various upperclassmen and faculty members acquainted them with the duties and responsibilities required of all Trojans. They were assured of the many privileges that Trinity had to offer. The following week a Parade of Organizations was held. lts purpose was to demonstrate the numerous extra-curricular activities in which Trinity is involved. Q? Registration. The medium between the end of summer and the beginning of school. Some students went in and got out quickly - lucky devils. Most students worked out one problem that started another. The whole day was full of frustration and satisfaction. Once the better part of an hour was spent outside in line, the registration process began. This meant getting schedules worked out just to have it all messed up because classes were closed. After some complaints and suggestions, students formed lines for their desired classes and teachers. Once you got all the problems ironed out, your name on the enrollment sheet of the class of your choice, and the basic name, address, and phone number written down, the counselor checked your final schedule and you were off to a good start for another valuable year at high school.
