Youth of Today Hold the Key for Tomorrow The Key Club, an organization in its second year at Trinity, is the youth division of the Kiwanis International. The main purposes of the Key Club are to develop character and leadership by involving young men in local and school related service projects. Some of these projects were the Christmas bell ringing for the March of Dimes, formation of a Big Brother System, and the bike-a-thon for diabetes. The sponsor is Mr. Curtis Clegg. With the help of Mr. Clegg, the Key Club organizes another project Officers - Harold Widener, David Wagoner, jerry Bishop, and H. L. Humphries. Trinity's Spirit Club, made up mainly of Sophomore girls, promotes much of the spirit at the Pep Rallies and Athletic games. The club devoted much of its time painting posters to decorate the gym plus learning new cheers at the meetings they attended on Wednesday afternoons. The Spirit Club was one of the organizations that participated in the parade for this year's Homecoming activities.
