The CIub's events include debate, prose and poetry interpretation, and other speaking con- tests. The cIub's activities promote qualities of fast thinking, a knowledge of current events, the ability to speak articulately, and the ability to think clearly under pressure. Tournaments attended by the Trinity High N.F.L. are held at neighboring colleges and high schools. The Chess Club is a group of students with an intense interest in the game of chess. Activities this year include competing in local and state tournaments.
