TRI l'l'Y Trinity High School has for its primary purpose, the training of students to lead a successful Christian life on earth, so that they may attain perfect happiness for eternity. lt strives to enrich the spiritual, the intellectual, and the cultural life of the students as exemplified by Christ, the perfect Teacher. We are trained in moral as well as in intellectual virtues that we may become stalwart members of the Catholic church and worthy citizens of a great democracy. We graduates have a thorough understanding of our duty to God, to our country, to our fellow men, and to ourselves. Our accumula- tion of knowledge combined with a development of self-discipline and an acquisition of a love for the good and the beautiful gives us a standard by which we can measure everything in our daily lives. Our Catholic edu- cation gives us confidence. We know our Faith and see its divine aspects in every activity of daily life.

CLASS IIFFICER Ioan Lietzo President f Q Helen Iean Rogers Nancy O'Hagan Barbara Dooley Vice-President Secretary Treasurer Our first three years at Trinity were spent at a time in which the Whole world was afire with the flame of hate, sown by Godless men. As each loved one left the protecting shelter of family and friends to defend his country, we were drawn closer to our Heavenly Father, who we knew would constantly protect these, our loved ones. In our misery we turned also to Our Lady of Peace and to St. Dominic, the bearer of the torch, the flame of love. In these we found a refuge. To show our appreciation of their loving care we dedicate this, our yearbook, to our two patrons. May they continue to help us in our work of rebuilding this world, and may they inspire us with true Christian zeal and charity.
