SENIOR CLASS HISTORY A bright September day in 1947 marked the beginning of four years as high school students for approximately 230 meek students. Lipstick smeared, we the Class of Sl soon learned that paper was not to be thrown on the campus, and that gum was not to be chewed and placed under seats. Before too long we found our direc- tions for going in and about the buildings. Our Hrst social affair was a dance held after a Trinity-Canonsburg football game. ln April, the Class Party established our first class get-together. With Mr. Clark, Director of Activities, presiding at our first meeting the follow- ing officers and advisors were elected: President ...................... .....
