'CILASS Il-I IISTDIIQY lIQlI dill V INCE We, the Class of 1931 of Trinity High School, are about to graduate, we consider it worth our time and ettort to leave a record of our achievements for the under classmen and those innumerable classes yet to come, that they may gain from our experiences as we have benefited by those of our predecessors. We have set a standard, not so high that it cannot be surpassed, but of a height that it cannot be gained without effort. It' any of the future classes attain the high level upon which we now stand, we shall know that our efforts have not been in vain. So, with the authority and consent ol' my classmates, I here brietly recount our attainments. On September 6, 1927, we enrolled as freshlnen. This date should be graven upon every mantel in Trinity High School. VVe took the un- suspecting faculty by surprise, for the traditional first-year verdancy was entirely lacking, and we attacked our studies with avidity. Not one flinched at the almost inaccessable heights of Algebra or quailed in the gloomy shades of Latin grammar. The coming of our class marked the first publication of the school annual, MTHE OLYMPUS. Doubtless those Continued on Page 42 Page Twenty-six
