CHRISTINE A. McCORRY Norwalk, Connecticut B.S. Biology K.M.S. 1, 2, 3, 4, President 4, N.F.C.C.S. 1, 2, 3, 4, Athletics 1, Class Play 1, Music Club 1, Class Vice- President 2, Aristos 2, 3, 4, I.R.C. 2, 3, 4, Vice-Presi- dent 3, Literary Club 3, 4, Triad 3, 4, Tau Kappa. A born winner, Chris graduated from three years as floor proctor to Student Government President, which exemplifies her ability to excel in all she attempts. Casually (and Chris gets very casual in dungarees and a sweatshirt) our hostess ' favorite party food is the combination of cream cheese and onion. Socially, she admits that she did not recognize her big moment. No challenge is too great for her. She always comes out on top and that is how we will remember her. MARY KATHERINE McDONOUGH B.S. Rutland, Vermont Mathematics K.M.S. 1, 2, 3, 4, N.F.C.C.S. 1, 2, 3, 4, Sodality 3, 4, Aristos 3, 4, Triad 3, Class Play 3, 4, Dramatics 3, I.R.C. 4, Inter-Dorm President 4, Tau Kappa. It is hard to believe that a logical, methodical, organized person can be a dreamer too, but such a paradox is our Mickey. Her major in math explains the logic, but what accou nts for those hours spent in daydreaming? Mick can be seen scurrying over to breakfast in her plaid dress, bidding everyone a cheery good morning, but, at ten, she changes her role to that of ringleader of the Kool-Aid Kids, and then settles down to work on her unfinished sweater. Other qualities combine to make our Mickey the independent and objective Irishman we love. 87

JANICE AA. LYNCH Poultney, Vermont B.A. Sociology K.M.S. 1, 2, 3, 4, Treasurer 3, N.F.C.C.S. 1, 2, 3, 4, Sodality 1, 2, 3, 4, Music Club T, 2, 3, 4, Aristos 2, 3, 4, Class Play 1, Tau Kappa. Jan walks in beauty, swims with style, and sparkles with personality. As a native of Poultney, Vt., our Junior Weekend Queen lists singing and hoote- nannies as her favorite pastimes. Perhaps Jan is best characterized by her appreciation of the finer things in life. This preference is indicative of a person appreciative of man ' s inner qualities. MARLYN M. McAULIFFE Burlington, Vermont B.S. Mathematics K.M.S. 1, 2, 3, 4, N.F.C.C.S. 1, 2, 3, 4, Sodality 1, Dean ' s List 3, Tau Kappa. One of the young sophisticates, Marlyn possesses a soft-spoken and gentle style. Her personality be- speaks a well-ordered life. Fun to be with, she presents a portrait to be framed and remembered. With a head for figures and an economical preference for the lower-priced spread, this classic beauty will bring much happiness to a certain man. 86

BARBARA A. AAcGORTY Hudson, Massachusetts B.A. English K.M.S. 1, 2, 3, 4, N.F.C.C.S. 1, 2, 3, 4, Inter Dorm President 3, Triad 1, 3, 4, Aristos 3, 4, Literary Club 4, Class Secretary 4, Class Play 4, Tau Kappa. An individual whose conscientiousness is reflected in her personality, Barbie prefers the tailored look in blue oxford shirts and jockey caps. This senior enjoys the antics of Harvey Beaver and talking about her favorite subject— her br other Bobby. Her knack for organization overshadows her habit of procrastina- tion and has helped her in her capacity as House President and class secretary. MAUREEN McKEEVER Brandon, Vermont B.S. Business Ed K.M.S. 1, 2, 3, 4, N.F.C.C.S. 1, 2, 3, 4, Sodaltiy 1, 2, 3, 4, Triad 1, 2, 3, Aristos 2, I.R.C. 2, 3, 4, Tau Kappa. Mo ' s subtle humor and wit have amused her class- mates for four years. Though her major is Business, you ' re on the right track if you place magazines, cards, and knitting as her minor interests. Free mo- ments Mo spends in the library trying to increase her speed in shorthand. She is looking for an opening for a Business major who doesn ' t want to teach but wants summers off. Her perseverance should be a great help in this endeavor. 88
