Vkyu JUPOn l There is a time for everything and a time for every affair under the heavens ... a time to plant and a time to uproot the plant ... a time to tear down and a time to build ... a time to weep and a time to laugh ... a time to be silent and a time to speak ... a time to keep and a time to cast away ... a time of war and a time of peace. Ecclesiastes V. From the beginning, man has been searching for the ever elusive key to happiness. Those who seek fulfillment in the goods of this world will go un- satisfied, as did those who expected a worldly king for their Savior. Happiness is not a person, or an object, or a place, but rather a peace of mind which can be achieved only through a proper perspective of life. For life is measured by time and happiness is a matter of right timing— knowing when to begin, when to end, and when to begin again. For the Class of 1964, the years of formation are drawing to a close. All at once the harvest is upon us. Now is the time to reap the benefits of the seeds we have sown. The experiences we have gained through the effortsome process of educa- tion are the basis for a mature perspective. The time of preparation has passed— now is the time to act.
