The constitution and by-laws provide : 'That the members of the Association shall consist of Alumni residing in the City of New York, and in- the immediate vicinity, an'd any former students of Trinity College, whether graduates or not, being residents of the city or neighborhood, may be elected members by the Association or by its Executive Committee. Any graduate of the College may of his own right be present at any meeting of the Association, but no graduate shall have the right to vote or to take any part in the business of the Association unless he be a member thereof. 5 , ' 1155.5 1
