Talent Show Two beauties sing about the beauty of the earth. I’m so proud of my big brother. Chip and Rachel sing More Than Wonderful. The Senior Men’s Quartet 202 “It's a hard-knock life for us. The 1986 Talent Show was a tremendous success. Fifty-eight performers form the elementary and high school gave us an entertaining evening with a wide variety of acts. The opening drum duet was smashing, and it set the mood for the dancing, twirling, acting, singing, and instrumental numbers which followed. The performers welcomed the audience by singing Consider Yourself at Home.” The stage was decorated beautifully with a Hearts and Flowers theme. Thanks again to all who had a part in this show. Commence lugging lake shows off his form Shannon's “Singing in the Rain” Viva la France! The Elementary had an exciting and fulfilling year. Many Elementary students were involved in the all- school Talent Show, and many talented 4th. 5th and Bill graders per- formed in the play The I.ion. the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Elementary Field Day was held on May 2. Students in grades 1-6 participated in events such as the tug-of-war. the high jump, and the obstacle course. The Spring Musical. It’s Cool in the Furanee. Part II. was performed by students in grades 3-6. The Third grade had an In- ternational Festival on May » as a follow up to the unit they studies on countries around the world. This was a very busy yet fun year for the elementary students and faculty. Yawns are contagious 201
