What day is it? Aren't we cute? Care for Bratwurst? The I.ion of Lucerne. Is that dinner? Mention British Caledonian to any of tin junior and senior participants of this year's Europe Trip, and what will their response be? lust try it and find out. After a brief afternoon in Amsterdam, the group, along with their six sponsors, went on to Germany. Switzerland. France, and England for an exciting ten days. The many memorable events included a beautiful cruise along Germany's famous Rhine River, an evening spent at an authentic Swiss Festival, and a day of shopping in Paris. The storybook tour of London included seeing everything from the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace to the Tower of London. Our thanks to Mr. Linebarger and the other sponsors for the best Europe trip ever. A toast for tourists. 199

Commence lugging lake shows off his form Shannon's “Singing in the Rain” Viva la France! The Elementary had an exciting and fulfilling year. Many Elementary students were involved in the all- school Talent Show, and many talented 4th. 5th and Bill graders per- formed in the play The I.ion. the Witch, and the Wardrobe. Elementary Field Day was held on May 2. Students in grades 1-6 participated in events such as the tug-of-war. the high jump, and the obstacle course. The Spring Musical. It’s Cool in the Furanee. Part II. was performed by students in grades 3-6. The Third grade had an In- ternational Festival on May » as a follow up to the unit they studies on countries around the world.
