The TSU Soccer team closed its sea- son on a bad note with a 2-O loss to Goshen. The overall record for the sea- son was 4-5-l. Dr. lVlartin, the team's coach, and the rest of the players are looking forward to a better season next year. The team's captain, Mike Seed, and much of the rest of the team will be returning next year with only the loss of senior, Jeff Wood. While they had a favorable attitude throughout the entire season, the team did not really begin Soccer I nr? PY' 1 1' playing good ball control soccer until the end ofthe year. It was the feeling of the players that the team had accomplished a lot this year and they are looking for- ward to better results next year.

This year, as has been the case in the last few years, the Tri-State baseball team went on a spring trip to Georgia to get early practice outdoors. This year the team lost all seven games that they played, but Coach Hippensteel was hope- ful for a better season back home. Once the team came back, they did not let their coach down by defeating IU Pur- due. The rest ofthe season was a winner all the way.
