Jnfmwnlwl CK Through these portals pass the nucleus of tomorroW's leaders. This could Well be the motto placed above the en- trance of the college. You, as an alumnus, have passed through these portals on your tour of life's road. The door to the found- ation of life was open to you and you entered. The knowledge found beyond was yours for the taking and you took it. The human mind has been appropriately compared to an encyclopedia. Much information is contained therein, but, un- like the encyclopedia, that information is not readily accessible without reference, especially if the time element is a factor. As an aid to find references desired, the editors of the Modulus have striven to portray that part of your life at Tri-State Col- lege through the media of quill and scroll, script and photo. In humble appreciation, I, as Editor-In-Chief, thank all the editors for their untiring efforts in gathering and editing the material, and to all those organizations and fraternities and their representatives who cooperated and contributed the material to help make the 1955 Modulus a success. fwwfjgaw Editor-in-Chief
