CLARK. iqlfjld Ma 41,146 The purpose of this Honorary Society, which was founded in 1938, is topromote and recognize scholastic ability, leadership, and character among the students of the School of Commerce. Six members are elected into the Society each term. The requirements for eligibility are based primarily on scholarship. Under the guidance of Professors H. R. Hoolihan and H. W. Hoolihan, the society encourages its members and all future members to maintain a high scholastic standing. The high ideals set by Alpha Beta Alpha serve as an incentive to all students in the Commercial School.

Sigma gpdifan Social' The Sigma Epsilon Society was organized in 1933. The aims of this society are mainly to create a spirit of initiative in the Commercial student by offering him an outlet for his energies. Competent men in the business world address the students at the meetings held during the term on subjects pertinent to the present day business prob- lems. Educational movies on related subjects are shown to the members to help acquaint them with their future work.
