Keith Adkins, No. 30 Charlie Brown, No. 32 Senior -- Halfbcick Senior - Fullback Raymond Brown, No. 85 Bobby Bresino, No 70 Junior - End Sophomore - Tackle Bulldogs Return with Austin Victory 20-6 Tech drove 70 yards in nine plays for the first touchdown. Five runs by Adkins and DeLeon and a 28-yard pass from Freddie Pena to Rudy Vega set the Bulldogs up on the Reagan one-yard line, from where the quarterback, John O'Grady, dived over the middle. DeLeon's 47-yard punt return early in the sec- ond quarter got the second touchdown drive started for the Bulldogs. The swift little halfback was finally brought down on the Reagan 18, and from there it took the Bulldogs three plays to score. Pena passed nine yards to Alton Hargrove to climax the movement. Vega's kick again was good. Bill Hart of Reagan pounced on a fumble on his own 33 in the second quarter, thus initiating Reagan's only other threat. That, however, ended as iust that-a threat. The Raiders ran out of steam on the Tech TO-yard line. Larry Harris, on a 20-yard scamper down the left sideline, finished the scoring for the night late in the fourth quarter. The Bulldogs moved 41 yards for that tally. Keith Adkins was' the workhorse for the Bull- dogs, carrying the ball T6 times for 62 yards. FREDDIE PENA PREPARES to block for Larry Harris, who turned this end sweep into a touchdown.
