Sophomore Chosenos Friendliest Girl No one can be sure exactly when Howdy Week was started. It is as much a part of Technical's tradition as having a Senior Class. Sonny Holmes was elected Howdy King. His election carried on the tradition ot electing the friendliest senior boy. But, precedent was broken when, because of her winning smile, a sophomore, Susie Se- peda, was chosen Howdy Queen. The students of Technical may only hope there will always be as friendly a Howdy Week as there was in '65.
