'UH' Y. ' T , .-as a . ,. .ir . . E STUDENT GOVERNMENT For smoother sailing, a crew was organized to help steer the ship to higher seas of self' government. With student government there would be no mutiny on this -ship of learning when each who walks the decks does his share to guide, to help, and to hold the ship on its course as it sails to higher seas of education. To sail more smoothly each must feel the atmosphere of self-government, the captain must understand his crew, and the course must be well planned. Day by day the Way is planned so each passenger may know his course and in knowing sail to find a better place on the high seas of life. On theship of Trigg a crew was organized in 1939. From each port there came a senator and representatives and with the guidance of Mr. McDonald and the president, they planned the course so that each passenger may find a better way when he puts out to sea.
