Cochran has held the position of Tridel's dean of boys for the last 12 years of his 25-year tenure as a DEAN OF BOYS J. W. COG?-IRAN member of the Oak Park faculty. Serving as counselor, mediator, and instructor, Mr. Cochran has ably administered his duties from within the portals of his quarters in 200, a room familiar to every Triad boy who has sought that mandatory yellow slip at 8:50. ln addition to the responsibilities of co-sponsoring the National Honor Society and the Junior Town Meeting. Tridel's dean took on the self-sought task of aiding in the launching of the newly organized Forum, which he also co-sponsors. During his career at Triadelphia, Mr. Cochran has taught American history. problems of democracy, and commercial arithmetic.
