Kraus exhibits a fathomless knowledge of America and its his- tory and, at the same time, upholds high standards of scholastic achievement. For 13 of his 31 years as a secondary school teacher, Mr. Kraus has been a member of Triadelphia High School's faculty. Re- gardless of present-day commitments, he in- variably finds time to assume an extra task or to lighten another's load. Students in American history revel in his ability to shed light on the dark panels of the past, his intelligent comprehension of the present, and his realistic predictions of the future.
